Careers that Change LivesA Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.We offer you a position where the following tasks are part of your daily work. Training incoming query tickets, ticket resolution and follow up Interact with internal and/or external teams to resolve (complex) system?s issuesEnd user communications, both verbal (phone) and written (email) in English Provide remote user support resolving issues on customer?s workstations User Access Deployment and management of user?s accounts Maintenance of user?s access levels in accordance with SOX compliance requirements Work on tasks to develop and/or address process improvements via the A3 concept Document, measure and report out on ticket root causes and other relevant metrics Perform tickets root cause analysis for recurring tickets Create value by proposing changes to current processes or system(s) Training Explaining (new) system?s functionalities to end users (COEs, Business, Finance) Deliver training and knowledge transfer (Online Tools and Classroom) Testing Be an extended member of the Core-Team, assisting the team in system testing and in other system related activities when required Identify bugs or system improvements Support Audit activities on quarterly basis where assistance is needed Process e Documentation Perform process analysis and document findings with detailed descriptions Setup and maintain knowledge bases on the tools and related processes Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor or Master degree Fully fluent in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese is a plus. System?s savvy and comfortable with software configuration within a business environment Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, remote support tools, Nice to HaveAdditional languages like: Portuguese or other European/Asian languages are a plus.
