Our primary goal is to attract qualified professionals into SAP and to present SAP as an attractive employer in the labor markets. To this end, we work closely with our lines of business, their HR business partners, and educational institutions, active mapping and engaging with key talent from the market and main competitors. What you’ll do: Position title: Young Professional, Talent Attraction Location: Bogota, Colombia As a Young Professional in SAP Talent Attraction you’ll: Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc.) Map and engage with key Targeted Talent Pools Support HR marketing initiatives for Employer of Choice campaigns Be involved in talent projects and social media Prepare and edit candidate searches and job postings in cooperation with recruiters Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in English Participate in global and regional team calls Work on HR Broader projects as required Who you are: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Recent University graduates who studied Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing Advanced English skills (written e spoken) Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers Strong orientation to service, customer e quality focus Excellent communication skills Previous work experience in recruitment is an advantage
