This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Inventory Management:** 2. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages/excess). 3. Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with service needs. 4. **Vendor Management:** 5. Manage relationships and performance with warehouse vendors. 6. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations. 7. **Order Fulfillment:** 8. Track purchase order fulfillment to guarantee timely availability of parts. 9. Validate and process parts requests to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 10. **Process Standardization:** 11. Drive alignment and standardization of end-to-end (E2E) processes across multiple warehouse locations. 12. **Excess/Obsolete Inventory Management:** 13. Collaborate with local brokers to manage the final disposition of excess and obsolete parts. 14. Facilitate sales or disposal of inventory to optimize storage and reduce waste. 15. **Parts Request Handling:** 16. Receive, validate, and process parts requests from internal and external stakeholders. 17.
